Every NanoGrow Max order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund of the product price.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at parker@nanogrowmax.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day. No return shipment is required for refund requests made under the 30-day guarantee unless we specifically ask for the product back.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us a photo at parker@nanogrowmax.com within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
