If you're not satisfied with your results, you may request a full refund of your order within 30 days of the date you receive it.

How to request a refund

Email us at parker@nanogrowmax.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a short note about how the product performed for you. Because our products are used up during application, you are not required to return used product to receive your refund.

How refunds are processed

Once your request is approved, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
