Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within two business days.

Purchases for equipment occur Monday through Friday. Saturday shipments of products are decided on a per-item basis. If Nano Grow Max, LLC is experiencing a high volume of orders, we will communicate with the customer about potential delays via email and phone calls.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Since all items on our website are different in size, weight, and shape, each item will have an individual price per shipment to our customers. This cost will be communicated to the customer before shipment and will be agreed on by both parties. The cost will be determined by the weight and size of the product, and the customer will bear the cost of shipping the item to their destination of choice, domestic or international.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Nano Grow Max, LLC does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All addresses must be physically address verified by Nano Grow Max, LLC before shipment.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once Nano Grow Max, LLC ships your product, a representative from the company will email your company the product’s tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nano Grow Max, LLC is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Nano Grow Max, LLC is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Please get in touch with us about the item you want to purchase and let us know your delivery country to properly discuss if Nano Grow Max, LLC can or will ship to the country.
